Terms of usage:
Thank you for choosing our post quantum API cybersecurity service. Before you proceed, please read and understand the following terms carefully.
No Liability for API Misuse:
While we do what's within our means to ensure the security of our API, we cannot guarantee immunity against misuse or improper use. Therefore, we explicitly disclaim any liability for damages arising from the misuse, careless use or improper utilization of our API.
Secure Storage Responsibility:
It is imperative to securely store the generated keys provided by our service. We emphasize that the responsibility for the secure storage of API keys rests solely with the user. We shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the lack of proper, secure storage of these keys.
Supplement, Not Replacement:
Our service is designed to complement existing cybersecurity frameworks and measures. It is not intended to serve as a standalone solution or a replacement for a robust cybersecurity infrastructure. Hence, we cannot be held accountable for any damages incurred due to over-reliance on our services in the absence of adequate cybersecurity measures.
Free Version Liability:
We explicitly disclaim any liability for damages arising from unpaid usage of our service. ExeQuantum shall not be liable for any damages from its use.
Changing Standards:
It's not a question; the migration to Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC) must take place ASAP.
With that in mind, the algorithms selected (and to be selected) by NIST are not as tried and true as current encryption systems, meaning they're subject to changes in standards and implementations.
ExeQuantum follows the latest NIST guidelines and is aiming to have the most updated algorithms with minimum vulnerability. However, it's important to be ready for post implementation patches, updates or outright replacements (especially under the consulting plan).
ExeQuantum holds no liability for algorithmic vulnerabilities discovered in NIST's guidelines and implementations, or outdated algorithms that were left unpatched due to lack of actions.
By utilizing ExeQuantum's post quantum API cybersecurity service, you agree to the terms outlined in this terms. We strongly advise users to implement comprehensive security protocols and practices to safeguard their systems and data effectively.
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our terms or the use of our services, please do not hesitate to contact us.
